Blake has over 30 years experience in manufacturing and energy related business. Blake has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University. Blake is a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas (PE# 73587) and serves as Texas Utility Studies Chief Engineer.

John is the founder of Texas Utility Studies. John is a recognized and respected industry expert and has unique experience working with state agencies to obtain sales tax refunds. John has a Bachelor of Science degree and over 40 years of experience in industrial and liquid handling equipment including pumps, air compressors, meters, valves and motors.
